On April 8th 2019 the jury of the Young Textile Art Triennial held its meeting at the Strzemiński Academy of Arts Łódź.
Members of the jury panel: Ms Anet Brusgaard (Denmark ), Ms Linda Green (Great Britain), Ms Jolanta Rudzka-Habisiak (Poland), Ms Małgorzata Szczepańska (Poland).

The jury appointed Ms Linda Green to act as its Chairman.
Ms Paulina Sadrak was a secretary.

As a result of reviews of the works the Jury agreed to award the following

 

In the category of Textile Art:

The Award of The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage was awarded to Mizucho Ichikawa (Japan)
for work entitled „Undulation”.

The Award of The Rector of the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts Łodz was awarded to Noriko Takahashi (Japan)
for her work entitled „Series: Dialog A, B, C, D, E, F”.

 The Honorable Mention was awarded to Liina Leo (Estonia), for the work entitled „Covered and Revealed”.

The Honorable Mention was awarded to Elena-Denisa Cîrstea (Romania),
for her work entitled „2R / Open Laboratory”.

***

The Special Prize was awarded to Martyna Juchniewicz (Poland) for her work entitled „Penetration of Space”.

 In the category of Textile DESIGN:

The Award of The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage was awarded to Kana Yokoo (Japan) for her work entitled „Familiar”.

The Award of The Rector of the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts Łodz was awarded to Mayu Miyashita (Japan) for her work entitled „Sunny day”.

***

 The Honorary Mention was awarded to Marcin Jabłoński (Polska) for the work entitled „Unkown Space”.
